In response to the post below about the stolen bike, ELM writes:
Immobiliser: I sometimes use a little padlock and hang it on my chain. Stops people pedalling away.
Apart from that, good main locks and good luck finding yer bike - I'll keep my eyes peeled!

Imagine this: On a Saturday morning you go to your apartment buildings storage area and your bike is gone. This happens everyday in the US. Make sure police can ID your stolen bike !!!
