Cycling in Western Australia: commuting, recreational cycling. Bicycles.
Our aim is to promote cycling for both transport and recreation.
We work with local councils and government authorities to provide better facilities for cyclists.
We lobby for more bicycle-friendly cities and towns, and for improved standards of education and behaviour for all road users.
We encourage the formation of Bicycle User Groups (BUGs) to promote cycling at the local level.
As a non-profit organisation we rely on our valued volunteer members.
If you aren't already a member, why not join the BTA and help us promote cycling? Visit our website www.btawa.org.au and follow the link for membership or post a request on this blog for a membership form.

G'day
Well done to the Main Roads. Good to see them being proactive.
